Diagnostic on 6 speed

I just picked up a 05 maxima with a 6 spd.I'm Looking for Some advice on making sure the tranny is good.the clutch is burnt.im sure.if i push on the shifter like I'm gonna put it in gear it will begin to lightly roll .pushing the clutch does nothing.try to put it in reverse and it grinds.i haven't forced it into anything cause i don't want to cause damage.im pretty sure its just the clutch.just looking for since insight.also any reccomendations on a descent clutch thanks guys.

Could be a hydraulic issue or a broken pedal to add to the list of potential suspects.

OEM is perfectly fine, you can even use a 350z clutch disc with your old clutch cover.

if I had to buy a whole clutch setup then.... I'd just buy a 350z clutch setup outright. Z1 performance house brand has great pricing and the parts have not let me down.
