New battery being drained.

I have a 2008 maxima and I recently replaced an old battery, the car was sitting and the fob wouldn’t unlock the car neither would the key. Once I got in I jumped the car and started it and it started the rest of the day and wouldn’t the next. The same thing is happing with the new battery but it’s every few days it starts then I get locked out and have to jump it again(just started leaving hood propped open to jump it). What could this be?? Alternator or a ground wire?? Anyone else have this problem?
(Also the car charger ports won’t charge anything , they light the chargers up but with any different cord or car charger it won’t charge anything. Also one window button is bad, I connected the good one to both windows and flicked it and whatever window it’s on works so it’s just the window switch. Idk if those could be draining my battery)

You have a parasitic draw somewhere. You'll have to find it. DC the battery when you put the car away each day or leave it on a charger until you figure it out.

Do you have electronics installed in your car?

Like User1 said, you have a parasitic draw. Find the draw. It is not difficult. This video will help you understand how to do that.

I have the same problem but I was able to track the parasitic draw down to my ABS pump. It runs even when the car is parked. I knew the light has been on for years but never fixed it. I just un plug the fuse for it and no drain overnight any more
