New here and hoping to get some help. I used the search tool and did not find an answer.

The car has a Bose stereo. The stereo quit working, but everything else is working fine. I ran the on-screen diagnostic tool and followed the instructions printed off the internet regarding continuity and grounding with no findings. So...

Can anyone contact me for a detailed description of my issue and my attempts to find a problem? I imagine this issue is NOT unique, but I am completely stumped and need some help before I try to find a stereo shop to replace the whole damned thing.
