Draining coolant question

Hello, I am taking off the intake manifold to paint it and I was wondering if I had to drain all the coolant to do that. Or am I able to leave it all in and then bleed the system when its back on?

No need for that. There are 2 coolant hoses on the throttle body. Just use some hose pinch pliers or plug them up if you want to remove the TB from the car.
