Anyone found a great front window sunshade for the 09' Max?

I got the sunshade below a few weeks ago and am not unhappy with it necessarily...just wondering if anyone has found anything even better. My only minor gripes since I'm so **** is that it does leave maybe an inch on each side that is uncovered and i have to put my visors down on both sides every day to hold it in place (once again, not a big deal). Just wondering if there's an even slicker alternative out there. I've looked into the California pop top, but not sure I want to go that far.

thanks!

I don't see it either Max...maybe we can find it elsewhere? So does it cover 100% of the windshield? Also, do you have to flip your visors on it every day or does it stay in place well without that?

I called and they weren't able to provide me with a picture, but said the brand was Dash Designs. I went to their website. Is this it?

Sorry I called and figured out that the on-line business is a little different, if you call this number 1-866-682-1734, press 3 for parts and tell them you want a sun shade for a 2009 Maxima you'll get the correct one made by "Intro-tech" very high quality and fits perfectly.

We will be waiting for pics to see how well these things fit. My wife keeps moaning about my generic shade I got from Walmart does not fit, and flops about.

Yes I got the spoiler installed, most of those pics were taking about a few days after I got the car. So I had did not have the spoiler yet. The shipping on the sunshade was free. The price was kind of high, but as you see it's a perfect fit. Once I get some "curl" out of it, it will even be better.

Here is a link to the invoice on the spoiler.

Here's the one I bought a couple months ago. I'm wondering if it's the same as the one Sam has posted pics of. It has the same number code on it as Sam's (NS62) but like I said in my original post, doesn't cover the windshield 100%....leaves just a little tiny space on each side which bothers me for some reason.

Just ordered one of these today. The generic one we got at walmart a few yrs ago for our acura is about worn out.

Hope this one will be better. It says it has a lifetime warranty. So we shall see. http://www.autoanything.com/driving-...0A3076201.aspx

Did this fit perfectly on your 2010? Thinking of getting it but now sure how perfect it is. And, I'm not sure exactly if 2009 size is the same as 2010.

It should fit the 2010 no problem. Should fit the 2011s as well. Since there are no major design changes.

LOL, Courtesy Part/the one MaxLover has and the one I have are all the same one. It's the "official" Maxima one. The problem with the "not perfect fit" is because it was actually DESIGNED for the 05-> current Maximas. I got mine when I had an 07, kept it and used it on my 09. You'll be hard pressed to find one closer fit than these unless you take one and modify it yourself.

Cool Executive Window Tint

Here in Ohio, we are allowed to tint the windshield, I did just that. The Executive tint is the tint you see on most Mercedes, very light but a heat reducer.

When i got my windows tinted, i picked up a brochure for a sunshade called heatshield. The owner of the tint shop had nothing but good things to say about this product. There website is heatshieldstore.com and i was thinking about getting one. Anyone here ever ordered one from them?

windshield shade

Got mine from AutoAnything.com I like it pretty well, it fits the entire window and I don't always have to use the visors to keep it in place. It was probably overpriced at $39 though.
