The real question is how do u keep it so clean my white frost gets dirty in like half a day and how much u pay for the tints

Thanks, I think the po po will give me problems up in CT with that, 35% is the legal. I guess I could always take it off if I get caught, but last time they made me remove the back NO Eceptions. It bs!

 

here ya go its 15 percent in the front windows and 5 percent in the back windows

 

black max... i don't think that you have 15 on the front windows... that would be much darker, and you would hardly be able to see through the car.

you might have 35 on those front windows.

at night i play it by ear .....Noo lol jk , well here in nyc theres alot of street lights so that helps, and i really dont drive too much at night

 

actually in the pics i took my car is filthy you could tell by the wheels lol , i paid all together 250 including the windshield

I will try and post pics. I got 40% all around (Huper Optik Film), keeping it legal. Looks great though, it was darker than I thought it would be.

 

Where is the love for the no-tints? The only tint that is legal here is no tint!

 

Dang, I gotta get around to getting mine tinted, those all look too sweet.

This is Madico 40% tint. It meters at 32%. This pic is obv in direct sunlight and taken from the side so it's pretty much the lightest it ever looks.

 

You have ***** tinting the windshield!!! Here in NYC, you would be pulled over in half a second with a tinted windshield.

If you do not mind me asking...why did you tint the windshield?

Did you also tint the side mirrors markers?

 

Funny you say that I'm think I remember reading he is from nyc, anyways anyone from california with "legal tints" on the max? plz share.

I used to live in Brooklyn too. Has 20% tint in my Acura TSX, got 1 ticket in 3 years right of Belt Pkwy on Shore Rd, cop searched car too. I wish you lots of luck...

Got a ticket for tints 2 weeks ago! I have 5% in the back and 40% in the front, in Cali we can't have any tint on the front. But it only illegal if u get caught!

 

I think I'm leaning towards an all around 25%. Seems like a good middle ground to me.

 

15% on the side windows and do the rear window at 5%. A good look. Even darker if you put up the rear sunshade.

I've had my Maxima now for 14 months and I have received one ticket for tint in California. 5% on the back and rear windows, with 25% on driver and passager windows. These limits are legal for Arizona, which is where my car is registered.
