Here is what I have. I have 50% smoke. It looks dark due to I have black interior and the rear shade up.

 

I hate to bring up an old topic but:

I am thinking about getting a light blue tint on my Navy Blue Max. 50% light blue Madico tint to be exact. I found one car that has it and it looks pimping. What yall think?

It's kind of similar to that Mercedes blue window tint

 

looks pretty good i think it will fill in good with ur car color

 

1sik4dsc im from long island and if i even thought about tinting my windshield or for that matter even my windows that dark id be pulled over after leaving the tint shop.. i had 20 on my 08 charger and got pulled over around 20 times for them mostly in brooklyn the real question is not how dark are your tints the real question is how do u stay under the radar!

 

I got 35 in the front and 15 in the back...tinted tails to but cant post pics right now!

I hate the 35%, honestly it is way to hot. I regret getting the 35. I am getting 15% all the way around, 5% on the top (since there is only fabric keeping the heat from heating the entire car), and either 40% or 50% on the front windshield.

 

This is exactly what I want

 

20% all around except windshield

 

30% front 20% back

 

10%

 

Thanks For making my decision easy. I went 35% on my Titan and it's to light. Gonna do 15% on the Max. Yours is perfect!

just got my tints a couple of weeks a go... i have 5% all around. Was going to put 20% on the windshield but i really dont feel getting pulled over every 3 blocks. if you stand in front of the car, you can barely see the driver or passenger.

 

I dont know why my front looks lighter then the backs but this is 35% all around except windshield

 

Anyone have problems with electronics on their cars with the new tints? Been thinking about going ceramic because of the possibility but it costs $$$

 

35% all around, only cost me 100 bucks, best money I ever spent!! And on top of that these guys really knew what they were doing tints look amazing.

 

FYI, ur gonna get pulled over every 3 block just for having Limo tints, lol.

Has anyone done dual tint all the way around? One of my buddies who likes the "VIP/Gangster" style, as i like to call it lol, has dual 5% tint on his tahoe and even on the windshield... it's super dark inside which is nice but I was wondering.. how much are most of you getting charged for tinting that dark? I feel even just a single 5% tint would be sufficient. As long as people can't see me and I have a little bit of privacy, I'm just fine. I'm not into the whole bumpin subs and low rider stuff. I'm a quiet white boy for the most part.

 

The place I went to charged 100 no matter how dark you wanted it, but that was for one layer of tint, so Im sure it wouldve been 200 for two layers.

My 09 Max had 35% up front and 5% on the back.....but she is gone now, the 2011 Maxima now has 15% on the front two windows and 5% on the back three windows and it looks sick!!! I will post pics later this afternoon, having my viper alarm reinstalled on my new MAX!!!

 

Nice! Mines getting retinted at different tint shop cause the first one I didnt like so got my money back and went to different shop.

Off Topic: I searched around about installing HIDs and removing front bumper but wasnt what I was looking for... Is it hard to removing the front bumper?

 

I didn't have to remove the front bumper to do the upgrade......although it would have made it easier, but you don't have to.

20% on all doors and rear window. I had 50% on the windshield & it pretty much made the other windows look like 5% with the sunroof closed. I parked it in the sun today and peeled it off, came off very easily...bye bye $100. lol

 

Lol ohhh...I was thinking about getting 50% on windshield but didnt know how dark it'll make it look like when I have 5% on back windows and 35% on front windows.

 

Here are some new pics of my NEW 2011 MAX!!! Swapped out rims and exhaust, intake, sound system and just today re-intalled my Full VIPER remote start alarm system to include SmartStart (iphone 4 starter) system! Used to have lighter tint on the front windows and went much darker overall!!! 15% on the two fronts and 5% on all the back windows! It looks sick!!! Lovin the new MAX!

Hey Choice89 can you take a pic of your back small window of your tint does your tint look like this on there?

Tint guy told me that he couldnt get the tint all the way in there


Edit: Its not bubbles or anything its just where the tint isnt on the window if you know what I'm talking about.
