I went ahead and added 35% tint to the front windshield, badged the interior and badged the engine. I think I am done, maybe go ahead with the Stillen front lips?

Now looking at it, Stillen should have went a little bigger on there tips, but not enough for me to change

benefit, its dangerous, I know how hard it is too make a turn a night time with my tinted windows, and you have your front windshield tinted. Make sure you dont get into an accident, cause when your insurance company inspects your vehicle, they will drop real quick.

i just think of it as a little well earned perk for law enforcement personnel. You guys are better trained drivers than 90% of the motoring public, so no worries here.

Is it also a double standard for us LEOs to carry concealed without doing the standard testing?

My wife's Sequioa's (SP?) windshield is tinted 40%- it's cool, but I think it'll make my car too dark. It always looks like it's about to rain when I'm driving her car.

Just went to the courthouse for my 3rd ticket on frontwindshield tint, all i gotta do is show a reciept that says the tint was removed and done deal. Saves me from paying $100 everytime i get a ticket, still have to go to court 2 more times for 2 more tickets on the front tint. I've yet to ask myself "When Will I Learn". Last cop told me that I was lucky because in some other places the cops are allowed to get there blade out and scratch up your tint since its illegal, that way your tints will be messed up and will cause you to go get them removed. What AHoles huh.
