*Buyer Beware* MyNissanParts.com / Trophy Nissan of Mesquite Texas
In the process of purchasing accessories for my 7th Gen Maxima, I just wanted to give you guys a heads up regarding MyNissanParts.com (AKA Trophy Nissan of Mesquite Texas). Their customer service is terrible and will warrant a headache!
What do I mean by this? Here's some examples:
So, as you can expect I am not so happy customer. My original call was aimed as a simple and straight forward online order inquiry but it turned out to be a "will you stop transferring me / putting me on hold ?". Maybe I am old fashion and have a antique view of what "We appreciate your business" should mean to the vendor vs what they portray "we got your $$ now go away".

- "Can I put you on hold" Sure no problem. (Two times, even before I could say "Hello!")
- "Let me transfer you" (seriously, 5/6 times now?)
- "Oh the order is shipping today" even though it was charged 3 days ago!
- Forget about any online updates, their order status displays my CC as being "Captured" -> how ironic?
- The staff will cut you off and just transfer your call, or they will make excuses "oh the person in charge of online orders was out of the office" even though I spoke with him 10 minutes ago when I first called gave them my order number and then got put on hold.

Thanks for the heads up, call the credit card company and tell them to cancel you charge, you never received the item
When and if I buy online I usually buy through courtesyparts.com, they pop up on all the nissan/infiniti sites and no one has ever complained about them, and I have never had a problem with them
