But seriously, if you wish to place an order, you need to do a research to make sure you name the right color. This is so that you do not end up blaming someone if it doesn't match your application. And when asked why you provided a wrong color code, you will find yourself pointing a finger at someone. I have seen things like that happen a lot. So, kindly double-check that your color code would be G41. Just for safety sake. And confirm with me.
Exactly as you said! This is just what i am going with and dont want anyone do get the wrong color ofcourse. I am simply showing what i ordered and what i feel will come close to the glass roof color. You guys go with what you know. I posted a pic above of that black pearl color code g41 to show you what i am hopefully getting. Good luck to all! Enjoy when it comes! For the price it looks worth of getting.

How does the roof spoiler look with the dual sunroofs? On a white or silver car.

Black may be the way to go becouse it will match the roof more. Just my opinion. I have the dual panel roofs on my white max.

Honestly, since I do not have a 7thgen with the black roof, I cannot give you the best answer.

But there are 2 people already on the list that have black roofs. PM them or just see on the list what they want. Also, if you read through the thread, you will find it.

Thanks a lot Juggernaut, now I don't know what to do. That actually looks really nice in my opinion. Anyone else want to chime in on the color with the glass roof? Is getting a black spoiler better or is getting the body color better?

I am leaning towards the body color now with the glass top. Any opinions, I need someone to help me move to one side or the other specially based on the pictures above of the white max.

This is pic of keon718nyc's 7thgen. Shows the wing being a little too long.

Hey guys, Me and petit spoke on the phone and i told him to make sure that the size is correct on your orders becouse my roof spoiler happened to be 1" inch or so total too long. I was at a body shop getting installed my painted side moldings. Just so happend that my Fed ex truck passed and got my roof wing. While at body shop i showed my guy and we put across the window and in place was 1" off over the body moldings and would not fit at all. I feel the color looks great in quality but G41 black metallic paint with flakes wasn't really feeling it with my glass roof. KH3 is the way to go im "thinking" now. I have contacted the seller and he is willing to work it out ofcourse and wants to know what color i want and measure one he sent me and get back to him. I am trying to look out for the group and pm'd petit to let him know my outcome to let you all know. Im sure all will work out, so don't worry too much fellas. Here are some pics.....

The problem is real. We thank the members who has made it clear to us, keon718nyc and Juggernaut23.

The spoiler keon718nyc purchased from shadow.speed that DOES NOT FIT is sized by manufacturer as 1130/1143. The spoiler Juggernaut23 purchased from happybuyitnow that FITS his 7thgen is 1140/1130. There is a size difference.

I am keeping up with this and as soon as I get any new information, I always email seller. You guys would not believe that after I mentioned hamzer11's concern that he lied to us, he then replies and tells me that he is sorry and that truthfully, he is HE IS DONE WITH ALL WINGS! Ready to be shipped!!! But the problem is, he wants to solve keon718nyc's problem before shipping our spoilers!!! So not to ship something that would not fit.

I sent a bitter response. Send us wings that would fit or our money back!!!

But we have finally got the sizes now. So, the right size is 1140/1130 for the A35 (7thgen). And of course, I have already emailed him with that detail. Waiting to see when he will respond. So all A35 wings should be 1140/1130 to fit. Anything else would not fit. And I told him that. That is what he should mail to us!

So, puzzle solved. For him to ship the wings, he must ship 1140/1130 or it would not fit. I have communicated that to him. So, I am waiting for his reply.

Guys, if you want to inform yourself more on this, I have TONS of pics from our great friends keon718nyc and Juggernaut23. If you want to see all these pics for yourself, just PM me your email and I will forward you like 22 pics from these guys. I am doing my best to keep up with this so we get it right. We sent $981.00 to this guy! I don't want our money to be wasted.

This is spoiler that does not fit. Size is 1130/1143. DOES NOT FIT.

The spoiler that fits, would not attach for me to post it on here. Don't know why. But the size is listed as 1140/1130 (SPOILER THAT FITS). Written on same spot as on this spoiler.

So, the right size is 1140/1130. I have let seller know. keon718nyc is currently doing the same. So, we are waiting for updates from seller.

If you wish to see TONS OF PICS, PM me your email. And you will get them.

jboss10, everyone has the same concern as you do.

Seller has sold to 2 people and the spoiler was not PERFECT FIT. Now is to figure out the best solution to get spoilers that would FIT. Make some suggestions. Read the thread to see current updates.

What should we do?

We really do need the measurements that fit. Can anyone help? A34 and A35.

As for our money, ebay told me IT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN 11 DAYS. So, according to ebay, we cannot be srewed out of our money.

Hamchan will be coming thru today to see if the roof spoiler i had gotten that's too long, will fit the 6th generation Max. He or i will be posting pictures and get this squared away. If this is the case that will be a good thing for knowing what the 6th gen size should be(that's if it fits) Seller
had asked me to give him the measurements of the bottom part /1143mm, of mine that is off. I had a large amount of emails sent to seller and he wants to work it out and send the right size for 2009-2010 Maximas. He emailed me and said he thinks the size should be 1130/1130mm but we will have to see today. I have been dealing with this for nearly 2 weks now and just want the seller to send me the right one and get his measurements straight! Petit has been doing everything in his power to help you all out. I was not part of the group buy but can assure you i want to help you all out as well and get this done right.

OK guys, Kenyon and I have met and measured up the wing and here are the pics and the size. we did not take pics of kenyons car because we already have it and its too big. we put his wing on my car and its (you guessed it) too big. We have measured and remeasured and measured again and here are the numbers we have come up wiht.

7th: Top 44" bottom 44"
6th: Top 44 1/2 bottom 45"

Now i do realize that some might say "well since his is big, it should fit ours right" well unfortunately not, it still was still too big. you can tell by the way it has a curve on the top. See pics below.

Hamchan, thanks for those pics. I am really happy we did work together to set this up and you guys took the measurements. Keon718nyc, Hamchan and me worked tgether to figure out the right measurements and I think we have agreed on what should fit. Juggernaut23 and hamzer11 did share some great ideas too.

Nobody else has bothered to get on here and share measurement or promposed a solution. So, we will just go on with what the group buy was scheduled to do. We get together, ask seller for a discount and pay for the roof wings. So, we have gotten the discount and submitted payment to seller. So, we will just wait for seller to submit roof wings. I will let him know to go ahead and manufacture and ship them out to us. Let us all hope it fits.

I will email seller tonight.

Nobody on here has

I wanted to just confirm one thing. Are the back windshields the same with or without the dual panel roof? I never really looked at it and assume they are but want to be sure that this isn't where the issue lies.

For cost purposes I would think Nissan would make the rear windshield the same, but it is a good idea to check just in case.

@PetitFrereMaxima: thanks for the update! /fingers crossed!

For the 2009-2010 7th gen., A35

Just wanted to give you guys a quick update.... Me and petit been talking and we have come to think and pretty much know that the 2009-2010 maxima will need the size - 1140/1130mm. This is the same size as some other owners here have gotten from the other seller "happybuyitnow". I have no doubt that this is the right size. The one i have was 1130/1143, which is a bit too small on top when "curved on top to fit, and too big on bottom. I told the seller to send me 1140/1130mm and this is my final email to him. Also the rear window/roof on dual panel and sport ect., are the same in size. Petit will update you all soon. Hope this helps some on this~

Basically after A LOT OF MEASUREMENT, my 3 trips to 3 different dealerships to see 6thgen and 7thgen rear glass side by side, extensive research and working with different metric conversion tables and with the help of the following org members (kmoney, Juggernaut23, Hamchan, keon718nyc), I have come to my own conclusion that these are the sizes we would need.

A34 : 1140/1137

A35 : 1140/1130

Guys, share what you think. And this is not a situation where anybody should point a finger at anybody. We all have jobs, personal life and family commitments and this is a group buy, not a business venture for any one of us. So, by the time we submit final measuremets without inputs from some people because they were busy or for some other reason, you should just go with the flow. We honestly want this to be right for all of us. Nobody would gain anything if this does not come out perfect for all of us. So, let us work together. Help out if you can.

If you do not object, or share your point of view, then you are going with the flow.

Oh a surprising fact I found out. Not related to group buy, but interesting to me. Cost of replacement for a rear windshield on a 6thgen is $480. Cost of replaceament for a rear windshield on a 7thgen is $131. I find that interesting.

Yours fit perfectly and it says 1140/1130. Not 1130/1140 as you just said. Go get your spoiler and see. I have a picture that you sent me.
