LED Turns Feedback

I'm switching to LED turns front and rear. Wanted feedback as to how many smd's you guys are running and if they are bright enough, or conversely, too bright at night.

Rears I'm deciding between a 42smd and 68smd bulbs, in red.

Fronts I'm using switchbacks - some have 30smds each color and new ones have 57smds each color.

Want to know if the rear 42's will light up enough and/or if the 68's are too bright at night for followers.

And if the 57's up front will be too bright at night being they don't have much in the form of cutoff like my lowbeams.

Hope that wasn't too confusing. Thanks in advance for any opinions...first hand preferred of course. Have a great night everyone.

TK

I have the 60 LED swtichbacks and 42Led in the rear from vleds. Both are bright enough, without blinding anyone.

I got the 60 LED switchbacks from V-LEDs for the front, ended up upgrading to the 92 LED which are much more visible during the day.

Also went with a cheap eBay red LED for the rear, it did not cut it during the day so I got the Platinum Red from V-LEDs which has only 20 LEDs on it but is CRAZY bright.

You def get what you pay for with LEDs.

It is much easier to buy my Complete exterior LED kit I am selling from VLED. Includes resisitors and all. Takes all your guess work out and saves you 1/2 the money.

Complete Exterior VLED's package with resitors. $125. This is 1 smoking deal for anyone who knows what this costs. We all know that Vled are the best and have the best look/match.

Anyone know which turn signal wires to tap into for the resistor? I blew a fuse trying to guess.

Front or rear?

Read through this it should help for the front. I also did a write-up for the rear bulbs but I just put one load resistor in the front.
