anti flicker capacitors

so it looks like the latest hid balasts coming from china are getting cheaper, in order to reduce cost they have probably removed components from the balast that remove the ground related flicker.

anyone have experience with these ?

don't buy that crap off ebay, buy from one of the reputable websites posted

they are the same, the ones reputable websites sell are the same ones who charge double the price.

I just changed out my balasts to the typical ones u get on the 45 dollar ebay craigslist sets....no more flicker, it's perfect.
