I just got an HID kit and there is a pos and neg lead coming off the bulb. Its connected to a plug that goes into the ballast. I thought they were plug and play?

Or should i Just leave that alone and install like normal?

Here's the ballast that's very similar to mine. I don't know if you got the same thing. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info but I seem to have got the wrong kit. It didn't cost me anything so I will just scrap it.

My buddy said mine is for german cars or something...who knows. I will just order the DDM kit I had in my other car.

Hey how much did you buy your fog lights if you don't mind telling. Are you going to install them yourself cause if so, that would be a lot of work.

well i got them for $124 shipped for both as long as the lens is glass and has the E mark on them they will should be able to withstand the heat but plastic will burn in time.

I'm going to plug in my HID's first to see if theres a need to do all the re wiring. from what i am told its plug and play unless i want to install the button to turn off and on. As long as they turn off when the headlights are off and turn on when my headlights are on I have no need to have the button
