Akebono from concept Z is most reasonably priced....1800 est... all 4, 4 piston front 2 piston rear...
Of course Brembo, Willwood, D2, these will likely be 4 piston or 6 piston depending on your preference... I don't 6 the need for 6, Max will never truly utilize those, really just arguments sake...
Most of these fronts only are going to run in the 2k range..

if you want a BBK for braking you'd be fine with just a set of fronts, like others have said the Max will never go fast enough to utilize anything that much stronger

I got in on a sweet *** group deal on those forums and paid 350 including shipping. Best money I've spent on the car so far. If you're interested check out those forums and search on Alien brakes they're sick. Just took a couple hours to install.
i didnt see this question asked yet but how much did it all cost you?

the rotors/pads were 220 i believe. i ended up returning the Alien brake lines and got Goodridge ones cause Alien didnt have the right set. the brake lines were 100-120, and brake fluid was like 40.

How are these holding up? General consensus on the interwebz is that they are pretty decent but I have read a couple reviews that are making me think twice about pulling the trigger on these.

I got Stillen BBK, and my ride stops great now. I can brake really late in turns. These brakes stop my ride like its a Sentra. Tested at Palomar mountain CA. three times....

Question

Hey guys. Sorry for the dumb question. Do you know any shops in the Chicago area where I can replace my brakes? I would like to start customizing my Maxima, have it for 2 years already, didn't even tint it yet
