Key Fob on 2009 Maxima

Can someone point me in the right direction on programming a key fob on my 2009, or does this have to be done at the dealership?

I should say, I'm considering buying one off of a guy on Craigslist. I'm not sure what the deal is with it. If it has an uncut key or what. Never bought one before for this car.

Any suggestions here? He's asking $40 for them.

I bought an extra fob for each of my vehicles off eBay and had then programed at the dealer. I paid around $40 for each of the fobs and the programming cost was around $40 also. Just make sure the numbers under the key match.

Ahhh, didn't even see those numbers. Thanks!
