Suspension problems already??

I have 8k miles on my new 12' maxima and I have my first big problem....I think?
The passenger side Wheel/strut sounds really bad when I drive (on any road). It pretty much sounds like a lug but is loose but it's not. I checked the tire, lug nuts, splash gaurd and etc. please help me! It's Sunday and the dealership is close.

Also I don't know for sure, but I heard we have a recall on our suspensions? If so, could it be that?

:/ any help would be appreciated
Thank you

I had a suspension problem but that was when I had my Eibach springs last year. I was forced to remove them and made Nissan do warranty work on it I ended up selling my Eibach springs to my cousin and getting a new set just in case. I blame my bad driving habits cause I never drove a lowered car in my life. Now that I learned my lesson, I try to avoid potholes the best I can. The recall is only for 09-10 Maximas I think. Later models don't apply. Let other chime it cause I might be wrong. Since your car is new, send it back to Nissan and show them.

Did you check to make sure the spare tire is tight in the trunk?

Had a similar sound. Took it to the dealer. They greased the axles. All is good now.

Problem solved!

Front strut was broken? They said it was manufacturer default, anyone ever heard of that before? Now I'm scared to drop my car now haha
