My 2010 is about to hit 36k miles. I have had multiple problems with this car 2 of which are not 100% fixed. I have lingering sunroof issues(premium package) and drivers heated seat issues(Climate controlled seat). My dealer includes lifetime power train warranty so I don't need a warranty for that. But I would like a warranty that will cover the sunroof and heated seat should these issues arise in the future seeing as I intend to keep this car for a very long time.

What has been peoples experience with these warranties?
Do they covered heated seats & sunroof? (The brochure on Nissan's site doesn't mention that it does or doesn't cover either.)
How much do these cost? Are they negotiable? What are the ins and outs of purchasing this?
