Better sounding exhaust

I know the best sound I'm gonna get is a Borla Catback. However, what are some suggestions to get good sound for a little cheaper?

Best sound is subjective. What are you looking for in particular? Subtle? A head turner? Nice quiet, low rumble? Deep throaty pitch? High pitch whine like a banshee?

Each cat-back system that will fit our Max's will give you different things. Price, sound, power, build quality ... these are all things that you should consider.

And then of course you can go to a custom exhaust shop and work with them to design your own.

There are tons of posts/threads on cat-backs. Do yourself a favor and spend a few days reading over as many as you can.

I was convinced I was going to grab a Borla until I started doing more research ... then I changed my mind.

This! Best sound is debatable and depends on the person! Check out Megan Racing... That's what I'm saving for!!

I'm looking to get a nice deep rumble out of the exhaust. I'm also installing a K&N Typhoon cold air intake.
