Suspension Question

I know that with the SV Premium the suspension is not as rough as the sports tuned suspension however is it a really big difference? I have an SV Premium and want to get the 19" V Spoke Stock Rims with 245/40/19 Vredestein Tires. Will my suspension and the drive be much more rougher? I haven't found anyone who swapped their 18's for 19's yet so this is why I wanted to asked before I did this.

Thanks.

Not necessarily rougher but harder and subliminally more agile....

Well when you say harder are you referring to more traction and less rolling in curves or am I off base?
