Central Jacking Point?

Do the 7th Gen Maximas really have a Central Jacking Point, I'm getting ready to paint my calipers and replace rotors and pads and a central jacking point would be great with jack stands at the corners for safety of course.

There are 2 locations on each side per your owners manual.

Yes there is a central jacking point. Its on a cross beam that runs along the rear edge of the plastic splach guards. there is a small round "cutout" in the rear of he splash guards but its not really big enough so the splash guards get in the way.

There is a similar one in the rear. Its a ways under the car so youll need a jack with a long handle.

Thanx for this info, I will have to look for these "spots" I have a low profile jack that can get into some tight places so hopefully that will do the trick.

I believe there is an oil change "how to" thread which had a picture, but the search appears to be broken at the moment. Try searching for that later and you might find a picture.

This is from the factory service manual, the rear has a one point, but I guess since the car is heavy, there are two points needed to lift the front end instead of just one. (Remember on my 4th gen, there are two central lift points for each end of the car.)
