Nice!!!
What brand of rotors are those and which pad manufacture did you choose?
OK, never mind I now see the PowerStop imprint on the pads.
Careful bedding them in....let us know how you like them after a while.

Looking good man!

Part of me can't wait to do this while the other side is still trying to maximize the life of my OEM setup. Ha!

Thanks guys.

How do I know if I bedded the brakes in right?

Also, I only did the fronts today. Doing the backs tomorrow. Anything I should know? I know the ebrake makes it tougher.

Don't know about the "Power stops" but your brake kit should have all the details.
You should be fine with normal driving. No sudden or emergency hard stops during initial brake-in.

Bedding-in new pads and rotors should be done carefully and slowly. Rapid heat build up in the brake system can lead to warped rotors and or glazed brake pads. Most brake pad compounds will take up to 300-400 miles to fully develop an even transfer film on the rotors. Following are the recommended bed-in procedures from each manufacturer:

AKEBONO

400 to 500 miles of moderate driving is recommended. Consumer should avoid heavy braking during this period.

ATE

400 to 500 miles of moderate driving is recommended. Consumer should avoid heavy braking during this period.

BREMBO Gran Turismo

In a safe area, apply brakes moderately from 60mph to 30mph and then drive approximately 1/2 mile to allow the brakes to cool. Repeat this procedure approximately 30 times.

HAWK

After installing new pads make 6 to 10 stops from approximately 35 mph with moderate pressure. Make an additional two to three hard stops from approximately 40 to 45 mph. Do not allow the vehicle to come to a complete stop. When completed with this process, park the vehicle and allow the brakes to cool completely before driving on them again. Do not engage the parking brake until after this cooling process is compete.

NOTE: Hawk racing pads (Blue, Black, HT-10, HT-12) may require a different bed-in procedure. Contact your sales specialists at the Tire Rack for racing application information.

POWER SLOT

Follow the brake pad manufacturer's recommended break-in procedure taking care not to produce excessive heat in the system. Avoid heavy braking for the first 400-500 miles.

I am a huge fan on the duplicolor brush on paint.

Rattle can never lasted more then a few months with Utah salt. The brush on is Awsome stuff.

Heard the G2 and brush on duplicolor are a lot alike

Looks great!!

Did you remove the hardware kit from the calipers before you painted them? I only ask because I see some red paint on them.

They look great, good job, you will love the powerstop rotors and brakes, I've been on mine for almost 5 months now and I LOVE them, and they still look as good as the day I put them on, not to mention the brake dust is relatively none! Enjoy and great work

Looks like you did a nice job. I did mine on my Charger and they still looked good when I traded her 6 years later. It should hold up well. Again, looks good man.
