seat belt
In my 2010 Maxima seat belts don't "fall" down to the stoppers instead they are all the way at the top of the belt... does anyone have this issue?

If you are talking about the metal fastener, mine stay positioned on the belt from where I disconnected it. I believe that is how it was designed to operate versus falling down to the stop.
