These cars are beautiful! The door handles are recessed and only come out when it detects you are near the door. They have a small showroom in a mall near me where you can actually get in one and get familiar with the options. It's truly a work of art and my next car!

If you think the door handles are cool, you should check out the key. The key represents a silhouette model of the car in its "design concept" stage without the wheels, and you would press the corresponding area of the key to unlock that door, hood (frunk), trunk, etc.

An awesome car indeed. Definitely redefining the EV industry and the automotive industry as a whole. The white one with pano roof is just beautiful and the roof retracts farther than the one on our Max Premium. Nonetheless, our Max is gorgeous as well. You were all up in that car's grille (pun intended)! I believe that Tesla will be making more inexpensive sedans in the coming years. That will be welcome because these cars cost a pretty penny. Hopefully they can tack on some more battery cells to increase miles to next charge.

Cool

Its a beautiful car, I sat in one at the mall back home in New York and it had a huge 17 inch touch screen that controlled everything in the car the features are simply amazing. What I was not a fan of was that $99K Price tag lol but if you have it to spend why not right

Well until the moderators close it, here is another picture for your viewing pleasure. The lady parked by me at Fry's last night. She was quite proud of it.

Maybe Maxima could be all electric one day. Forget hybrid, just make an all electric version with everything LED and a key fob that resembles the car.

The teslas are awesome, Amd the sport models are crazy fast. I work with a tesla repair facility in Orlando and we provide their loaner cars so I get to hear the problems they are having and every person that has come in, no matter the problem they were having at that point, loves the car.

If it does look like one, I'm in! San the hybrid, just all raw v-6 gasoline power all the way

There are many charging stations popping up over the US. The majority of them lie where the car is predominantly sold and you can find many charging stations at malls and parking garages. It will take time but until then you can opt for the 85w battery and you can charge it at home in 4-5 hours. I don't drive over 300 miles so I doubt I would need a charging station.

Cars like these are still in their humble beginnings and just like when the first gasoline engine vehicles came out, gas stations were few and far between. Once people start demanding, it will happen.

I didn't realize Tesla had repair facilities in other places than California. Cool. What problems have you heard them talk about. Do you give other Teslas as loaners or do you give other manufacturer vehicles? That must be so cool.

I don't think the new Max will resemble Tesla at all. The Maxima will definitely look more aggressive and will probably not be as long. In addition, the rear will not look at high and the front won't look as small since Tesla is RWD and Maxima FWD.

You are correct about the charging stations; even corporate office buildings are starting to put them and, and the spots are up front! Don't forget about the $7k tax credit too! I think it's $7k or in that ballpark, anyway...

That's true. All of my friends who live in high rises with parking garages and even some offices downtown I've seen have charging stations ALL in the front spots! I forgot about that tax credit. Nissan should design a near luxury EV for the masses. My guess would be the Altima or Sentra would get a version before the Maxima.
