P0101

My stock Maxima just threw a P0101 code. I put in a new air filter a couple weeks ago so I thought maybe a hose came loose. The only thing I see is this hose, but it's zip tied to the box and doesn't have room to go anywhere.

Is this hose meant to be open there?

Anything else I should look for?

Thanks...so now to figure out what's throwing the code.

I'm still under full warranty so I guess I'll just let the dealership deal with it.

Idk how they are about filters, but you never know if they'll say something stupid like if something needed replacement and because it was the filter that was the cause they will not cover it, just my assumption.

Are you noticing any other symptoms? If not, try clearing the code first and see if it returns.

It could just be a drop in voltage, I got the code one time randomly checked everything nothing was dirty and no leaks. I reset the code and have yet to see it again.

It came back. The dealership reprogrammed the ECM & reset it. They said if it comes back again it's the mass air flow sensor.

Interested in this as well...

Edit...
I was thinking if all connections are correct it would then point to the MAF.
