Maxima 7th gen easy to break in

Today I saw 2 guys break in a maxima using a screw driver to pop the door handle on the driver side and both front windows went down .. They robbed the contents inside and left ... The took only 2 mins to do all that .. What surprised me that the alarm never went off .. Do any of you guy know about this ?

Substitute many different car models for the word 'Maxima' in you post, and then yes, I am aware many cars are rather easily broken into by a simple screwdriver.

Many folks living in the Atlanta area leave their cars unlocked, so they don't have more hundreds of bucks to pay and a loaner to fool with while the damage gets fixed. Anything insode the car is gone either way. I don't even leave a dime in my car unless it is locked up in my locked garage with our home alarm on.

80s-early 90s Hondas. screwdriver or basic ghost key is all you need

Pretty much any car can be gotten into with a screw driver. I would rather them do that, then break the window. I've had that happen twice on previous cars.

I have a mod where if anyone sticks anything other than the valet key into the key slot, the window goes down and a gun pops up and blasts off.

Who'd be stupid enough to f8k with criminals? Their cars, depending on culture, have certain mods so easy to tell no?
