I know LED foglights are not bright enough but I would like to install thrm primarily for the look.

I bought some LED H11 bulbs off ebay and they came with resistors.

Do I really need to install them for the fog lights? I know it's installed usually to prevent hyper flashing for switchback LEDs. Would install LED fog lights without resistors cause hyperflashing as well?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

You don't need them. But I would get real LED fog lights..

I know the LEDs from Ebay are of a low quality but I suppose they will still give me thay white light.

Would low quality LEDs like this one cause any damage to my car at all? Like burning/melting the wires or the fog light housing? Here's the link to the product I bought.

They're fine. But consider your fogs useless other than looks.
