Has anyone ever gotten the service engine soon light on by putting the stock filter back on? I had a stillen cai and swapped it many times before but this time i get a light :/

 

Check thoroughly that everything is hooked up, could be a loose wire or vacuum hose.

 

Did you scan it to see what code it is?

 

It said MAF sensor. It's weird but I thought codes usually pop up when you go from stock to aftermarket, not aftermarket to stock lol

 

It'll probably just work itself out, but you can always clear it and see if it comes. As stated above make sure everything was installed properly which I'm sure you did but double check

If you clear the code and it comes back there's some type of issue, try that and we'll go from there

 

I had that code, though my car is stock. Turns out I needed a ECU reflash.
If you haven't gotten the TSB done, might want to look into it. Else, if you already had the TSB done, I'm not sure.

Im getting the Reflash right meow! Hopefully this fixes the problem...im at 58k miles right meow lol
