Hub Rings

So I've had my rims for quite sometime now & just started to experience strong vibrations while I'm driving on the highway. After taking it to the shop I found out I need Hub Rings for my rims.

Now I know the hub bore is 66.1 but the shop is telling me I need 73.1 hub rings for my rims. Anybody else have this problem or know more info on this?

Thanks

The wheel is 73 mm, the max is 66mm. The ring fills in the difference.
Ebay for $6.

Right now the wheels are being held on center by the lug nuts. The hub ring helps keep the wheel centered and relieve a little stress from the lugs.

Many people run without them, but it much harder to get the wheel on centered.

Thanks for the info!! The way they were explaining it at the shop was basically the hub bore was 73mm. I'll cop em on eBay.
