Help with Niche wheels

Im looking to purchase a set of Niche Vicenza wheels. Is it possible to go 20x10.5 30mm in the back and 20x9 35mm up front? I want the flush look, no poking. Im currently at stock height and no rolled fenders. If it will work, what size tire should I be looking at without rubbing?
Thanks

You need et 40-45 in the rear for that width.

I can't find these wheels with anything greater than 30mm for the rear. Can I use a spacer? Sorry, I'm completely new to the whole wheel game.

No, spacers make the offset lower and push the wheel out further. You need the wheel to be in more.

Just go with the front wheels on all 4 corners. You will be happier that way.
Stagger may look good, but it is more expensive because you can't rotate your tires, and it makes a (our) car handle like crap.

So if I run a square at 20x9 35mm will I be flush at stock height or will it poke? I do plan on lowering it on eibachs soon will it be flush on eibachs as well?
Also, what size tires should I be looking at, I live in nyc and the potholes are bad.

255/35/20
You will very close to flush all the way around at stock height.
When you lower on eibachs you would need small spacers to stay flush, or just leave them slightly inset.

You could use a 255 but if you want the closest diameter to a factory setup go with a 245/35.

I run 20x9 35mm square on Eibachs.

255 is a better fit on a 9" wheel, and only 1% larger than stock.

An idea of what 245 looks like on a 9" for reference:
