Racingline feeling pressure?

I was about to buy some stuff from them but read so much terrible reviews especially with the long delays and not being able to communicate with them.

Guess now they under pressure.

Any bad good/experiences recently?

I've only ordered a battery tie down and a strut bar from them. Small items but they came with no surprises. If I need shocks or struts I normally buy them from someone else.

Didn't have any problems with my orders. Remember, people who are happy don't go online and post about it usually, but people who are unhappy want the world to know.

Yeah, pretty sure it's a one man show with Joe over there. He's an honest guy with a quality product, so, if you have to wait a little longer and are okay with it then you will get it in due time. If you're pressed for time then I'd recommend STILLEN.

You want to talk about a GOOD experience with RacingLine, about a few months back when changing my oil, I noticed that one of my rear endlinks somehow fell off of the car. It must've just have happened, too, because I don't recall any handling issues. Anyway, long story short, I send him an email and he ships out an expedited replacement the next day from Vancouver, BC, at, like, 5pm my time (EST) and it gets to my doorstep at 11am the next morning. I live in Rhode Island. That is impressive.

Well in that case you're right. Most of the positive comments don't make it onto the board. Thanks guys

I hope they're reading this. They have some good products but they should hire part time staff to help in speeding up their process from ordering to shipping.

I ordered a tower strut brace from Raceline in Feb, received it in a very timely manner. I'd definitely buy from them again!

Thumbs up Racingline - Very Satisfied

I was very satisfied with Racingline. I ordered a y-pipe and waited only a week to receive it from Canada to my doorstep. The fitment was perfect and had 0 issues with it. TIP: I used the email I found in another thread to follow up and received an immediate response from the guy (sales@racinglineperformance.com). Apparently that email is not listed on the website so if you have any shipping problems or are wondering where the hell your stuff is, please use that email!

I have shopped racilingline before. no issues If the guy has what you need readily available you will get it asap. If he was to wait on supply chain stuff, it will take some time and again the guy is a one man show. If you can be patient, trust you will get your stuff. Now that said, I understand you are paying your money and you want timely delivery and follow up and that is 100% legit. Racingline may not be for you if you cant just chill for a while. If you can, you will get taken care of, but thats up to whether or not you will be willing to wait longer than you would like.

buy their parts off eBay, they ship much faster since you can leave negative feedback

Sadly they're the only vendor that makes a downpipe for the OE exhaust. Wish there were more options out there for this car.

Cancel the order, get your money back and take your business somewhere else.
