Noob Aftermarket Radio Question

Sorry if this is redundant, but I've not found an answer for this elsewhere in the forum.

I've just bought a 2012 Maxima with the Bose sound but no navigation (and a full-color display), and it's unable to stream music via Bluetooth. I'd like to replace the stock head unit with a Bluetooth-friendly one.

I've figured out the need for a Bose-friendly signal adapter and steering wheel controls adapter, but I can't seem to find a clear explanation of whether replacing the stock unit will mess up the HVAC, display, or other controls. Furthermore, I've not seen a dash kit that looks compatible with the one-piece bezel I've got in this car (pictured in the attached image).

Has anyone had any luck resolving a similar situation? Any pointers or links would be greatly appreciated.

Just wanted to update for anyone who finds themselves in my situation. I didn't find many options for solving this, but ended up with a Bluetooth interface from USA-Spec (model BT45-NIS, about $160 on Amazon). It installed fairly easily- the included wire harness went right in line with the existing wiring and I was able to tuck the module and it's cables out of the way inside the dash.

It works fairly well, giving me pretty solid Bluetooth music/podcast streaming from my phone, and displays song information on the main screen without disrupting the HVAC or any other functions. The radio controls work fine, although the steering wheel track selector instead switches between the Bluetooth module and its aux input. Apparently this is caused by the fact that the switch typically switches between station presets in Satellite mode. It doesn't prevent the satellite radio from working, just occupies one of its preset ranges.

So, there is a fairly affordable option for someone who wants to add Bluetooth streaming to a car with this configuration.
