Major Electrical Problem Please Help!

I started my car and all these warning lights are on. ABS, BREAK, SES, Traction Control and the one with the exclamation sign. Further more, My nav screen is not working, the staring wheel is a lot heavier than it was before and my speed-o-meter is stuck at zero.

Any help would be appreciated!

I would disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 15 minutes. Reconnect it making sure that everything on that connection is squeaky clean and tight. Restart the car and see if the same warning lights come on. During that 15 minutes that the battery is disconnected check for bad fuses.

I had a very similar issue with my BMW, and it ended up being a Speed Sensor. Yes...believe it or not the Speed Sensor made all the lights you are talking about come on.

check all your fuses. I had this happen to my FX35 once when all the lights stayed one and the gauge read zero even on the highway. I had blown a 10 amp fuse while trying to wire a radar detector earlier that day and didn't notice it.
