How to remove the plastic cover over the windshield washer reservoir?

I need to get at something underneath it but I don't want to break the plastic cover while trying to remove it. How do I remove it?

This is what I'm trying to remove: http://imgur.com/a/fYmVr

There should be a small plastic screw that you can turn in the upper right hand section of that piece. It should be really easy to remove

I see the screw in the upper right corner of the piece but it feels like there's something else holding it down. Are there clips or hidden screws?

Just pull toward the front of the car and THEN lift!
