Clicking/Loose feeling in steering wheel after repair

Has anyone experienced a "clicking" or loose front end feeling in your steering wheel after having rack and pinion replaced? I have a 2010 Maxima with only 87K miles. Took it back to the dealer after that repair and they then replaced the stabilizer bar links and then again and they replaced the front struts,. All repairs done at a Nissan dealership. Still feel a loose click in the steering wheel over small bumps or tar strips in the road.

Took it in for a power steering leak and now, after almost $3000 in repairs, the car is not the same!!!
