It’s a little more complicated then which should I get. There are factors you have to consider. Me personally,I just did and have done lowering springs 2 other times on other cars. I did springs because I don’t have the time or patience to dial in coils, raise it in the winter etc. decent brand coil overs cost more,BUT with coils you can get the perfect stance. Springs cost less, but you don’t get to decide the ride height. These are just some of the deciding issues

I think I might go with coilovers because I need shocks already in the rear

Yeah man, whatever works. As I stated before,I simply don’t have patience for coil overs. I’ve had eibachs on 3 cars, (this one included) so for me that was an easy decision. But when I see cars on coils,I’m like daaaaamn, that $hit tucked

I've always used coilovers on all of my rides except for two, one being my Maxima. I've regretted the Maxima especially because it looks nose up (eibach kit/kyb struts). Now looking into getting shorter springs for the front to achieve a bit more of a rake look.

If I was in your position, I'd go coilovers. Get the car exactly how you want it and you're set.

Coilovers no doubt... Just put a new set of Bc Racing coilivers on. fully adjustable is the way to go with the proper shocks.. Lowering spring on stock stocks and struts is the cheap way out and it will ride like crap..

If you have the funds.. Coilovers..

If you are a broke 20 something.. Drop springs...lol

Damn bro wtf!!!! Your waaay off. So because I have springs, I’m broke, cheap, and 20 something. I think not. Perhaps I don’t want to deal with adjusting coils. Perhaps I think that the drop the springs add is just perfect for me without the hassle. Perhaps all 4 struts were changed at the dealer so I felt no need to go and buy 4 new struts to replace my 4 new struts. Perhaps I wanted some use out of my new oem struts. I’ve had eibach springs on 3 of my cars and none rode like crap. Guess just got lucky with my cheap poor person purchases. Plenty of guys on here have springs. We can’t all be poor, cheap and in our 20s. Don’t let YOUR personal experience speak for everyone and don’t let YOUR personal experience generalize an entire group of people. Just makes you sound like a cheap broke 20 something kid.
Good day sir

I have springs, and I think the ride decent.

Granted I needed new front struts so knocked them out too.

Unless I found a good used pair of coilovers Id go springs again. My Max sits pretty level on 20's, could I be 3/4 of an inch lower perhaps. But my Stillen lips doesn't like being this low as it is!

Coilovers

I went with the BC coilovers and they ride better than stock. Worth every penny
