Clicking sounds

Ok I had my battery post cleaned about a week ago from this post. I go to my car this morning after I got of work and everything comes on except the motor. All I hear is clicking. What could it be? I'm thinking starter

It may be as simple as tightening the connections on the battery. Remove clean and reattach. Hopefully, that will solve the issue...making sure the connections wont "spin" on the battery terminals. If not, cable, grounds, battery/alternator and then starter.
