A/c

2010 Maxima A/C is very cold on 60 degrees but on 63 degrees it feels like the heater is on.

Side question, sorry to hijack the topic,
Is AC supposed to behave (work) differently if temp set to 60 vs say 65? Not on Auto setting (only AC button pressed).

Basically same question. Short answer it depends. 60 is the lowest it goes so that is the same as always on even at 20 below. 65 will attempt to mediate via the blend doors and clutch as them temp goes below 65, Blow out the "vent" that goes to the internal temp sensor. Sometimes it gets too dirty.

Where is that vent located? And I was trying to google where the blend door is on my 2010 Maxima.
