Failing catalytic convertor

Hello everyone,

New owner of a 2009 Maxima, 160k miles. I occasionally hear exhaust weird hisses/squeaks from the exhaust. I took it to my shop and he said that my car has 3 cats. One for each bank and one at the back with no O2 sensor after it, he said the one at the back is failing. He said drive it like this for now untill the cat is completely gone.

I want to know what my viable options are other than replacing it with a brand new one. Im planning on keeping the car for a couple years.

Long tube headers! Due to labor on these parts I would look at decent parts before used ones.
