Weird jerk when breaking under 20 miles

I have a 2014 Max 3.5sv premium and when I break under 20 it feels like I'm going over a speed bump. I've taking it to the dealership 3 times. 1-said that its the cvt. 2- said it is my torque converter disengaging. 3-said its wear and tear over the years. So none of these results sit well with me. So lost, So confused.
P.S it only has 68,000 miles and I'm the second owner
