A/C blower issue

The cars A/C blower slows down automatically and then I have to either switch off the airconditioning or turn up the fan to high wait for 10 sec and then reduce it to 1 or 2. When I turn up the blower to high the A/C makes a sound as if the air is being blocked and then after a coupld of seconds the sound clears up. Any thoughts or help is appreciated. BTW, just got the the coil and clutch for the A/C Compressor replaced today.

sounds like a blower issue if you just had the compressor done. Although, the system could be under-serviced with Freon

Thank you for replying. A couple of months back there was a leak and I replaced all O rings with new freon. When you say blower issue, could you be more specific if its the motor or resistor ?

you would have to check with a multimeter. I don’t have a wiring schematic so I can’t tell you where the resister is. Sorry.
it does sound like a blower motor issue though.
