I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima. At times I hear this noise from the engine when I first accelerate. It's like this sputtering, vibrant noise. I've gone to the dealership twice now and they can't hear it. I just had my valve cover replaced, so they think maybe leaked oil was getting into my spark plugs. Once the valve cover was replaced I did a tune-up. I didn't hear the noise afterwards, but sure enough it's back again. See attachment that I recorded of the noise. Hopefully someone can hear and tell if they've heard this before. My car advisor at the dealership could not hear, so I anyone in the Maxima world can.
