Thats about where the temp rides on my 09 for the last 10 years. What gives you the impression that something is wrong with temperature reading?

Well i think that something is wrong because it has always operated just below the half mark and and now sometimes it goes to 3/4 but never runs hot .maybe clogged radiator or maybe a bad gauge.

I replaced the radiator two months back - had a leak and a DIY

The gauge sits at the half way marker.

Get a BAFX OBDII dongle, buy the Torque app to see accurate, live engine temp data (among other things), then download your FSM. Engine temp info is in cooling and engine control sections. You're welcome.

(1) Follow User1's direction to determine what your engine temp actually is and (2) replace the radiator cap if you have not already done so.
