Rear passenger windows

I have an 09 maxima. I was in accident so replaced both passenger doors . I got the doors of a 2011 and I noticed that the power window plug is different than the 09 plug how can I make this work.

You probably got the door from a different trim level. The tech package came with automatic rear windows so the plug would be different than one without it. If all 4 window controls on your driver door have an "A" on them that means you have the automatic windows tech package, so you'd need to find the switch for that trim. If not, then you'll have to find non tech package switches.
