Headlight and blinker trouble

Alright so this happened out of nowhere yesterday. My passenger lo beam which is a HID and my front and back blinker is out. I changed out both blinker bulbs and changed out the fuses and all are good and still no blinkers. I’m sure the head light is burnt out but still I should have blinkers for at the very least. The drivers side completely fine no issues it’s all on the passenger side. Anyone have any experience with this issue? I’m stuck on this one. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I'm being serious though! Different cars have different indicators of dead headlamps. Common among them are for signal lights to blink faster than normal when a headlight is out. Maybe 7th gens kill blinkers when headlights go out? That's my bet, anyway.

ok, i see where you are comming from. But you may have missed the OP sayimg this is Hid. The electrical connections from the lighting system stop at the ballast. So during the day (with light out) even the smartest system couldnt differentiate a bulb issue. Perhaps a bad ballast if the system were that smart but i get it. I am more confused by the op talking about replacing fuses. Which ones and why?

I caught the HID part, that's why I suggested replacing the bulb. I think the ballast circuitry is smart enough to detect a defective bulb.

hopefully the op will respond and we will find out. I can say that on my 09 that didnt occur but they make mods over the course of builds all the time.
