2014 Maxima SV Locked out

2014 Maxima SV Locked out
Greetings,
My battery is dead on the 2014 Maxima SV, the hidden key in the key fob will not open the door. The keylock seems like it is froze up and will not turn to the left or right. I tried WD-40 other lubricants to no avail. Any thoughts how I can get the hood open to charge the battery? I will assume I may be able to get to it from under the car.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

UPDATE: So, after much PB blaster in the lock using a micro screwdriver to keep the tab open, I managed to free up the physical lock. It took quite a while but finally worked.
The dealership quoted me $700 without the tow.
