Loosing power on hot weather

Hi,
My Maxima is 2009 with 140k milage.
When outside air temp is hot, Maxima is loosing power and hesistating during acceleration.
When air temp is below ca 25C (77 F) everyting work fine, acceleration is smooth, and it accelerate really good.
This problem is independent of engine temperature, fuel quality etc.
CVT fluid and filter is replaced, air filter replaced, radiators are washed from dirt and dust, MAF looks clean. No DTCs.

Do you have any how to fix it?

Fuel pressure, injectors, air leak, coolant, oil and even air conditioner usage (not meaning to insult but sometimes people hit the "auto" button and forget it.) All of these are possible contributors. I assume someplace up north as it doesnt seem to get under 77 here in Florida lately.

No one item stands out just some things to check.
