2013 Maxima S - slight jerking issue

Hey I just bought a 2013 maxima and i honestly love it. The power it has, the comfort, gas mileage is not bad, just an all around good car. Ive run into an issue tho. While i accelerate sometimes car slightly jerks, it does not always do it but it does it often enough while driving. I have an engine light on for a MAF sensor and I plan on getting that done this weekend. Does anyone thing that it could be the transmission or should i just start with the sensor and start from there. Thanks to anyone with any advice that could help.

Start with replacing the MAF with an OEM MAF. Report back if you're still having jerking issues. The next thing I'd be looking at is spark plugs and coilpacks.

Seems as if the issue is getting worse. I was on the way to work this morning and as i am leaving a stop light, i press the gas and the rpms go up but the car barley accelerated, i pushed it down more due to traffic being behind me and it gave me a little push but it just felt awful to even do. I dont know if a sensor would be doing that, i have been told to get my tranny looked at. What do you guys think?

Heat affects these cars as well. Mine will suffer slower acceleration and having to push harder on the pedal to get moving when its over 85 degrees gets worse near 100.

RPMs going up and car barely accelerating now sounds transmission related, and is different than the symptoms you described previously. Have the transmission checked out too.

Went to Andy Mohr Nissan to get the car looked at and they quoted me basically quoted me 6000k for a MAF sensor and these two issues on the picture posted below. Anyone ever seen these codes?
