Power steering failure, car unstable Help!

My power steering was in and out, and car is unstable during aceleration. Mechanic change rack and pinion (was leaking) the car was the same, change ps pump, nothing. Anyone with similar experience?

During hard acceleration the car pulls to the left or right. All the suspension components and tires are in perfect condition. Thanks for the reply.

Please check wheel aligment. Also steering wheel position readed by computer should be set propperly

I hope the mechanic can resolve the power steering problem, then check for alignment.
