yes it's a CVT.....every Maxima since 2008 I believe.

It's a new tune though, and it's getting great reviews from drivers.

i'm weary but, good reviews are nice. i don't like the altima and Maxim are almost the same car. the 2013 altima had almost as muhc power, better fuel economy and MORE leg room. i hope that the 2016 is the sport car that maxima used to be. my 5th gen shares parts with the datsun Z!
