First issue with the Platinum Maxima

The feature that tilts the outside mirrors down while in reverse no longer works. I tried to look for a setting that I might have turned off by mistake but I do not see any.

Is the toggle to control the mirrors in the center position? If so try moving it to the right or leftand see if that works

I agree. On previous gens, if the toggle is in the middle the mirrors do not tilt down.

^I agree.. If the toggle to control the mirrors is in the middle position the reverse tilt function won't work. Try moving it to the left or right side that should do the trick.
